Back to School it is.

I'm pretty sure I'll be starting school soon.
I'm trying to make it into the August 20th cycle, and If not I may have to wait until October. (On Post they have fast track classes where a semester is anywhere from 7-17 weeks long.)
Basically, I eventually want to end up being a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.. aka Ultrasound Tech.
Buuuut.. those kind of schools are far and few between out here in Kansas. And most of them require some education under your belt before you get selected and attend. i.e. an Associates in Nursing, Associates in Radiology, etc.
Soooo... What I'm trying to do is somehow get my Associates in Nursing or what have you.. I'd pick Radiology but there are very few career choices at the college on Post.
You can go to school for free on Post. Or if that doesn't work for you you can pay and take online, night or weekend classes.. but those particular courses don't offer any concentrated degree of study. If that made sense. So that doesn't necessarily work for me with the ultimate goal of ending up at an Ultrasound school.
What I'm trying to figure out (on Monday) is if I can declare that I want to do my Associates in Nursing but just start with all the pre reqs online until I can figure out this car and babysitting situation. Because day classes (the free ones) are unfortunately not an option for me at the moment. :(
I have NO idea if that is even possible.. I still am trying to grasp the concept that I will be going to school.
But starting out.. UGH! There is a lot of BS to go through!!!
I hope this all works out. I am however, quiiiiiite a bit nervous about it!!!

Additional Blog..

I made a not so private blog to write about all things "domesticated" you could say.
I'm leaving my job soon due to my babysitter going back to school. So this additional blog will give me something else to do during the day.
This blog I'm writing in right now is for family & close friends since I don't care for the whole wide world to know my personal life.
The new one is going to be for anyone about non family things.
Crafts, Recipes, Couponing, etc.
I'd love for you to follow that one as well! :)

Updates & Incidents.

It's been about 2 1/2 weeks and our little man was doing awesome with potty training.
And I say was...
Two to three days ago he just started going.. e v e r y w h e r e.
It was like he just didn't care anymore!! I don't get it. I had a bowl of Oxy Clean with me 24/7!
Nevertheless, he's back on track. We just had a couple of rough days.
Has this happened to you before?
I'm so proud of him though! And no more diapers is SOO nice!! He's pretty proud of himself too. I mean, who wouldn't when you're getting stickers every time & occasional candy and the biggest reward of all .. A HOT WHEELS CAR! haha.
Funny story.. I had him in the bathroom, sitting on his pot. And I left to continue doing things around the house. He normally calls me when he's done. (He likes to play on the iPod when he's going, haha)
You know when all of the sudden you don't hear your kid(s) anymore.. and you panic thinking something happened to them or that they are destroying something.. well, that happened. I wasn't worried about him in danger (i have the bathroom on lock down) but I was concerned what was broken or demolished in the bathroom. Praying the iPod isn't taking a "bath" in anything. It was  WAY too QUIET. So.. I go check.

..this is what I find..

He sneakily.. got into all his stickers. Took down his reward chart. And apparently thought they looked better on his face. Hahaha!
What a relief! And a good laugh too. He's such a silly little guy.
